In half-folded hover mode, the raised upper half plays the video while the flat lower half becomes a dedicated playback control panel — scrubbing, play/pause, quality selection, danmaku toggle, volume/brightness and screenshots — so controls never cover the picture. Apple also notes iQIYI gives more room to discover shows and films and adjusts its playback controls to each device position.
